Privacy notice

Hudley Entertainment, a Hudley Enterprise, LLC company, collects only the information needed to run the store, deliver purchases, send the newsletter you asked for, answer inquiries, prepare website-service proposals, process approved payments, and deliver projects.

Information we collect

Contact details, business and project requirements, intake answers, account records, store order history and download delivery records, approval history, support messages, and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card information; Hudley does not store full card numbers.

Subscribing to This Week in Albany, Georgia stores your email address, used solely to send the weekly issue and service messages about it — never sold or shared for marketing. Issues are sent through Resend. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also reply or email us; either way your address is removed from the list.

Traffic measurement

We count visits to this site ourselves rather than handing the job to an advertising network. No cookies are set for analytics, and nothing we store identifies you. For each page view we record the page, the site that linked you (address and path only, never its query string), any campaign tag in the link, and a two-letter country code.

To count a returning reader within a single day without knowing who they are, your network address and browser are combined with a secret that is replaced every day, and only the resulting fingerprint is stored. It cannot be turned back into your address or browser, and once the day passes and its secret is discarded the fingerprint can never be linked to anyone — including by us. The same person visiting tomorrow is counted as someone new.

Ask Hudley AI concierge

Ask Hudley sends your chat message and selected approved website information to OpenAI to prepare a response. OpenAI API response storage is disabled by Hudley. Anonymous conversation records use an opaque session identifier and are retained for up to 30 days; Hudley does not create a permanent profile from anonymous chat.

Chat is available without contact information. If you request human follow-up, Hudley stores your contact details and a conversation summary only after affirmative consent, then uses Resend to notify the team. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in chat.

How information is used

We use the information to deliver purchases, send the newsletter, calculate and review scope, communicate with you, generate approved construction briefs, request payment, provide services, secure accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.

Service providers

Supabase provides database, authentication, and storage services; Stripe provides payment processing; Resend provides transactional and newsletter email; GitHub and Vercel support source control and hosting. Providers receive only the information necessary for their role.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for service delivery, legal and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Access is role-restricted, sensitive credentials remain server-side, and payment events are signature verified.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing hudleyentertainment@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
