Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use hudleyentertainment.com, including the Hudley Arcade. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we fix problems as we find them.
What we checked
On October 5, 2026 we checked the home, music and books pages, the Arcade, game pages, two games' play screens, and our privacy notice and terms, including their earlier versions. We ran automated WCAG 2.2 A and AA tests, moved through each page with the keyboard alone, measured text contrast, and viewed each page on a screen 320 pixels wide.
We fixed what we found: game play screens now allow zooming and have a page heading and a label for the game area, and the home, music and books pages no longer scroll sideways on narrow screens. After those fixes the automated tests found no failures on the pages we checked, keyboard focus stayed visible on every control we reached, and the text colors we measured were well above the AA contrast minimum.
What works
- A “skip to content” link, and pages you can use with a keyboard alone.
- You can zoom every page.
- Every Arcade game's page describes the game and lists its controls as text.
What is still limited
- Arcade games are drawn on a canvas, so a screen reader can't read what happens inside a game.
- Some games are timed or need quick reactions.
- Automated tests can't find every problem, and we haven't yet tested with screen-reader users or other disabled players.
Report a problem
If something on this site is hard or impossible for you to use, email hudleyentertainment@gmail.com and tell us the page and what went wrong. If it's about a game, you can also use Tell Hudley on that game's page. We'll work on a fix, and on another way to give you what you need in the meantime.
