Effective September 5, 2026
Terms of service
These terms cover hudleyentertainment.com, operated by Hudley Entertainment, a Hudley Enterprise, LLC company, in Albany, Georgia.
Store purchases and digital delivery
Digital products — including AI systems, templates, music, books, and software — are delivered through protected, expiring download links after secure Stripe checkout. Purchases grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product; they do not transfer copyright or permit resale or redistribution of the files themselves. Because digital goods deliver instantly, sales are generally final; contact us about a purchase that did not deliver or work as described and we will make it right or refund it.
Music and creative works
Hudley music streams free on this site for personal listening. Purchased song downloads are for personal use. Using a track in your own project (video, podcast, advertisement, or similar) requires a license arranged through our contact page; licenses Hudley grants are non-exclusive. Some Hudley works are created with the assistance of AI tools and carry industry-standard content credentials.
Newsletter
This Week in Albany, Georgia is a free email newsletter. Subscribing costs nothing and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any issue or emailing us. Event details are gathered from public sources and verified in good faith; always confirm times with the venue.
Website-service requests
Intake results and automatic pricing are preliminary until Hudley reviews and approves the scope. A submitted intake does not obligate either party to begin work.
Approval and payment
The approved scope, construction brief, price, and payment schedule form the project baseline. Stripe securely processes deposits, full payments, or approved milestones. Work begins according to the final written agreement and payment requirements shown for the project.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, timely feedback, and materials they have permission to use. Material changes after approval may require a change order, revised timeline, and additional payment.
Ownership and third-party services
Project-specific ownership, licenses, hosting, and third-party service obligations are governed by the approved proposal or agreement. Clients remain responsible for third-party subscriptions assigned to them.
Cancellations and refunds
For service projects, cancellation, refund, and non-refundable deposit rules are governed by the approved proposal or agreement and the work completed at the time of cancellation.
